When Principal Technologies began looking for a community foundation to support as a company, Infant Crisis Services immediately emerged as a favorite among all the employees. Principal Technologies was looking for a place where our employees could give back to the community and we wanted a company that matched our culture.
Principal Technologies is a locally owned with 13 employees in our corporate office, so we were naturally drawn to the personal feel of Infant Crisis Services. The tiny clients they serve pulled on the heartstrings of our employees, many of whom are parents. Our first tour of the facilities left several of us in tears over the great need in our community and shocked at how such a simple thing as diapers and a warm coat could be what’s needed to keep a family in crisis from giving up hope. The excitement at being able to make a difference is phenomenal!
Also, the staff at Infant Crisis Services has made all the difference! They have made volunteering easy from a corporate standpoint. They have been there every step of the way, helping making sure we all felt comfortable in our volunteer roles and making it fun to do!
Additionally, the fact that Infant Crisis Services is locally operated and strictly funded by donations made us feel secure that our donations would be used right here in our own community. Whether it’s through hosting office drives or spending an afternoon each month volunteering, we get so much back than we could ever give just by seeing the smiles of each precious face and knowing we helped make it happen!
Principal Technologies is a locally owned professional staffing firm, specializing in information technology (IT), engineering, and accounting. It is a certified Woman-Owned Business, with a focus on providing total solutions to both commercial and government service sectors. Principal Technologies has been serving Oklahoma City and its surrounding communities for the past 14 years.
