Miki Farris, Executive Director

Miki Farris is a founder and currently serves as the executive director of Infant Crisis Services, Inc. Prior to this, she was the office manager for Melissa Clements, M.D., a career counselor with Career Management Services and a personnel officer at First National Bank of OKC.

Farris founded Infant Crisis Services in 1984 as a part of a Sunday School project at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Farris is an Oklahoma State University graduate, sustainer in the Junior League of Oklahoma City, board member and past president of the Alumni Board of Leadership OKC, member of the Kiwanis Club of OKC, member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni and an active member of the United Methodist Church of the Servant. She is married to Jim Farris and has three daughters and one son: Jacquelyn age 26, Abbey age 25, Ally age 23 and Josh age 22.

Jo Lynne Jones - Operations Director

Jo Jones is in her sixth year at Infant Crisis Services. She is responsible for all operational aspects of the organization as well as all internal and external communications. She monitors, manages and advises the executive director and board of directors on financial issues; coordinates business affairs between operations and functional departments; manages budgeting, financial accounting, human resources and payroll functions; and supervises client services, warehouse and facilities management staff. Jones serves as immediate back-up to the executive director in the director’s absence.

Jones worked in the broadcast industry for 22 years. She is the president of the Oklahoma County Bar Auxiliary, a member of the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church where she serves on the Missions Team. Jones attended Oklahoma State University and received her bachelor’s degree in communications. She is married with two children, Jonathan age 20 and Jason age 8.
