The Infant Crisis Services’ Teen Associate Board held its annual charity auction May 3 at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club.
The 36 teenagers on the board have been preparing for the charity auction and dinner since last August.
This year’s auction, Step Right Up, Baby, was carnival-themed. News 9 Morning Anchor Bobbie Miller emceed the event, which consisted of silent and live auctions with more than 200 donated items, including autographed shoes from OKC Thunder players Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. All proceeds from the auction will help feed and diaper thousands of needy babies and toddlers in our community.
The Teen Associate Board of Infant Crisis Services was established 11 years ago with the focus of raising awareness and funding for the nonprofit agency.
