In Oklahoma, one in four children live in poverty and are at great risk of experiencing food insecurity. When you donate formula, diapers and other baby essentials to Infant Crisis Services, we give them to babies and toddlers who need our help. The baby items and funds collected help Infant Crisis Services provide emergency assistance to children who would otherwise go without the basic necessities.
How To Begin
It’s easy to get started. Register your drive and a staff member will follow up within 3 business days to confirm your information. During the busy holiday season, response may take up to 5 business days. Join us by sponsoring a baby item and fund drive at your workplace, school, place of worship, neighborhood or civic organization. They are welcome all year-round! For more information or to schedule your baby item and fund drive with Infant Crisis Services, please contact either of the following people:
Communications Manager, Garrett Hondronastas, at 405-778-7613
Volunteer Program Coordinator, Danielle Morgan, at 405-778-7603
Help Another Mother (January – May)
In honor of Mother’s Day, please join Infant Crisis Services as we Help Another Mother. During the month of May, get your church involved by inviting members to bring a gift of diapers (any size) to benefit the babies at Infant Crisis Services.
Strengthen Their Start (July – September)
It’s Back-to-School Time! As you are purchasing items from your child’s school supplies list, please consider adding a few extra items to help the babies and toddlers served by Infant Crisis Services.
Bedlam for Babies (October – November)
Help us tackle childhood hunger with a Bedlam for Babies drive. OU and OSU fans can go head-to-head in your workplace collecting the basic necessities for babies and toddlers at risk of going hungry. The team with the most collected items will earn the ultimate prize of bragging rights.
Christmas Ornament Drive (December)
Join Infant Crisis Services in providing “Hope for the Holidays” by collecting life-sustaining formula, diapers and other basic necessities for babies and toddlers in need this December. We have made it simple by creating holiday ornaments listing items most needed. Hang these ornaments in your church or place of business and collect the baby items from your members or coworkers.
