Ways to volunteer

Client interviews - Volunteers are needed to interview clients by asking questions, determining needs, gathering food, diapers, clothing and other needed items.

Food pantry - Volunteers are needed to assemble infant and toddler food packs, package diapers and stock pantry shelves.

Clothing room - Volunteers are needed to size and sort clothing and process donations.

Playroom greeters - Volunteers are needed for holding, rocking and playing with the babies and toddlers while their parents are being assisted.

Special Events - Volunteers are needed to assist with quarterly mailings, our annual golf tournament and other special events throughout the year.

Help Another Mother - Help Another Mother is an opportunity for you and your church to help Infant Crisis Services provide formula and diapers to the more than 800 babies we serve each month. We are asking metro area churches to gather donations of formula and diapers during the week before Mother’s Day.

Baby Shower - Help Infant Crisis Services by planning and hosting a baby shower to bring in donations to Infant Crisis Services.

Volunteer Hours - Monday through Friday shifts are 9:00AM to 2:00PM, 10:00AM to 3:00PM, and 11:00AM to 4:00PM.
Saturday hours are 8:50-12:00PM.
